2,500 kW of Cooling for AI Infrastructure

AI and HPC deployments are creating thermal loads that must be managed beyond the individual rack.

The Cooler Master 2,500 kW Liquid-to-Liquid CDU is designed to support cooling at the pod and facility level, delivering up to 2,500 kW of cooling capacity under defined operating conditions.

Its architecture brings together high-capacity heat transfer, redundant pumping, fluid-quality monitoring and intelligent controls in one centralized platform. Additional features include remote system monitoring, serviceable sensor redundancy, customizable piping configurations and coordinated group control for deployments of up to 32 CDUs.

See the 2,500 kW CDU at OCP Global Summit 2026.
